As a mobile game, Traffic Jam is aimed at speeding up children’s mind. Thus, it´s been designed in an animated and urban environment with a simple appealing repetitive pattern to make users go for more and even beyond their expectations and browse the whole platform map. In this everchanging world, using technological elements is a must to meet our users’ demands.

THE CHALLENGE: MAKING A CHILD’S DAY!

Imagining a world of fun for children is a challenge in itself. Making a splash in an audience aged 8-13 means outlining an of- the-beaten-track eye-catching site. 

So, our special pixelated language similar to other familiar ones, though designed to paint the town red, is an irresistible invitation to enter the segment.

A thing of the past


The 5 basics of gamification for a children’s fun group, full of enjoyable entertainment, are: Goal, Rule, Feedback, Rewards, and Motivation. Also, it is nice to have Freedom of choice and Freedom to fail to engage children in the process.

As part of its simple navigation structure, TRAFFIC JAM counts with a wide variety of attractive colourful aesthetic resources to generate willingness to play. Then, as they go up the ladder, children will be able to acquire new elements to level up.


Reuters TV is about getting you the news where you want, when you want, and on the platform you prefer. After designing versions for both iOS and Android, and a beautiful web app, we moved on to Apple TV and Roku.

Behind the scenes 
A cube timeline


Updating the chronology of an APP involves fostering its technical development; i.e designing the model evolution of the objects we work with from scratch. For eg, our cubes are meant to give the game its own identity.

Our young users are told beforehand the quantity of elements that can be acquired, which have been created to keep them engaged while playing the game.

Then the pixel technique is used to design those elements and make them interact.

What we have finally achieved is the amazing innovative display of all our distinctive material put together. This way we have been able to design the many well-defined levels and different colourful scenarios we offer to play: GHOSTTOWN, THE CITY, THE COUNTRY, THE CITY OF THE FUTURE and many more still to come, which will make the delight of every child.
